Decide what you are buying
A five-page service website and an online store are different projects. Before asking for a price, list the pages you need and the action visitors should take: request a quote, book a visit or buy a product. Also list any connections to booking, payment or customer-management tools.
For example, a landscaping company might need a homepage, services, project gallery, about page and contact page. A salon with separate treatment pages and a booking connection has a different scope. These are planning examples, not completed client projects.

These are one-time project prices. Read the complete collection inclusions before choosing. Extra pages, custom integrations or a larger catalogue need a separate scope.
Ask what sits outside the quote
Ask who pays for the domain, hosting, paid apps and payment-processing fees. Confirm whether copywriting, photography, product entry and ongoing updates are included. A low initial price does not tell you the total cost of running the site.
Ask who controls your domain and hosting accounts, which files you receive, and how you can request changes after handover. Keep these answers in the proposal so responsibilities are clear.
Compare the process, not only the number
Before committing, confirm the revision allowance, the approval process and when the delivery clock starts. At AI Web Motion, delivery is within 15 calendar days after we receive your completed brief and all required materials. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
